Craig was great- he was happy to communicate via text or calls, he came and gave a reasonable quote. He showed a lot of empathy to the people in the house while he was doing the work and it was nice to have him around. He carried out the work exactly as I wanted it, and there were a couple of problems (firstly with not enough tiles and secondly with the tile company delivering the wrong ones!) and he dealt with it professionally and calmly, just getting on with the job with no faff. It turned out to be a longer job than anticipated but Craig didn’t complain (other than in a friendly commiserating way) or try to increase the price. And it turned out great. Would recommend.

Craig was called in to re-lay the floor in the prep room of our fish & chips as it was messed up by so called builders last year. He did exactly what we asked for and in the time he estimated in the quote. We now have a floor that can take the wear and tear of a prep room and will last years.
